G & G2 COURSES AVAILABLE
Dear Students and Parents, As you know, the current health crisis has changed many aspects of our everyday lives. As businesses begin to reopen, we want you to know that your health and safety remain at the top of our priority list. At this time Driving Schools are not a part of the Phase 2 plan even with Drive Test starting to resume some services as of June 22. We are working closely with the MTO and hope to have updates to you as soon as we can. Please keep an eye on our website for the most up to date information. In an effort to keep our team and students safe, we have updated our cleaning guidelines and implemented additional processes and procedures to ensure your peace of mind when you visit our office or have a driving lesson. Here are some of the procedures we have put in place to ensure your safety when we do reopen: COVID SCREENING
Any students who have COVID symptoms or have tested positive for COVID in a 14 day window will not be booked. If you have symptoms or if you are sick, please re-schedule your appointment to a later date to keep our team safe. All students will be asked basic health screening questions prior to their in-car lessons.
PHYSICAL DISTANCING/PPE Due to the nature of our business physical distancing is not possible in car. Because of this all students are required to wear a mask or a face covering during their lesson. Students must supply their own mask/face covering. We have also reduced the number of available appointments each day to spread out the number of students we come in contact with day to day to reduce the risk. In our main office physical distancing markers have been put in place to ensure everyone’s safety. Once regular in class sessions resume these measures will also be implemented in our classroom setting along with limiting the number of students per class session. Virtual and E learning course options will still be available. DISINFECTION We have enhanced our disinfection protocol. All student touch points are disinfected after each lesson. Please ensure you wash your hands thoroughly prior to your in car lesson with your instructor. If you wish to wear gloves, please do so while following strict cross contamination guidelines. Hands will require immediate disinfection upon arrival to our office via hand sanitizer.
The province of Ontario will introduce a new set of traffic laws next week as part of its efforts to make driving safer in the province. Here is a look at five new traffic laws that are most likely to affect your everyday driving as of next Tuesday.
“ When it comes to drivers education, DriverZed is the best program London has to offer. I felt Sam was an amazing teacher who was easy to talk to, and I think he did an excellent job emphasizing the importance of being responsible behind the wheel. DriverZed has a reputation for preparing new drivers for their G2 tests better then other drivers education programs in London, and after partaking in their program it is easy for me to see why.”
